What is the policy for appointment scheduling?
All appointments will require a NON-REFUNABLE deposit. Deposits can be transferred one (1) time in case of rescheduling, thereafter it will be forfeited and a new deposit will have to be made for future appointments. Cancellations must be done at least 24 hours prior to appointment online. Anytime after cancellation must be done through customer care. No call, no shows will forfeit initial deposit and will be required to pay in full when scheduling future appointments.

When will my order be shipped?
All orders placed by 3PM will ship the same day(Monday-Friday), orders placed after will ship next business day.
Please keep in mind that delays are possible due to inclement weather, which you will be notified of immediately.

Can I track my order?
Of course! All orders will be shipped via USPS and you will receive a tracking number at time of shipping.

Do you offer International shipping?
Yes. Doll Beauty Esthetics offers international shipping. Simply include your shipping information at checkout. Additional fees may apply.

What is the return policy?
All sales are final. For health & safety reasons we do not accept returns and nor exchanges on cosmetic products.
